By filling out and submitting this form, you agree to become a member of the Spain Association of the Pacific Northwest "Amigos de España", and accept the ByLaws of the Corporation.

To make your membership effective you need to send us a check with your fee amount payable to:

  Upon reception of your payment, we will send you a Membership Card. Cards are issued the 15th of each month.
